Fit and Balanced will help you be just that. This is your source of information if you don't have time to hit the gym everyday, or the grocery store as often as you like. I'm not perfect, I am addicted to chocolate, love beer, and am always too tired to exercise. But I've found ways to stay fit, and still balance my other obligations. Oh, and I don't like cooking.
